IMTL - Israel Machine Tools Ltd. was founded in 1964 by a group of machine suppliers.
Since the 80th , Mr. Sam Tennenbaum start to work at the group and by the end of the 90th Mr. Sam become the manger of the I.M.T.L . , and led the company to economic and technological achievements.
In 2002, Mr. Sam Tennenbaum bought the company from the group and began to work independently.
